Backstreet Boys will apparently be roaring their way into 2019. Come January, they’ll release a new album, “DNA.” After wrapping the last bit of their Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood with a February through April run, they’ll hit the road in May to tour in support of “DNA.”

Before all that, the Boys are coming here. They’ll head up this year’s 96.5 All Star Christmas Friday at the Mohegan Sun Arena. So might the Boys give more of a sneak peek of “DNA” tracks beyond the already-released singles? I wouldn’t be surprised.

They’ll be sharing the 96.5 All Star Christmas bill with Gavin DeGraw and AJR.

DeGraw is also working on a new album, this one reflecting a bit of a shift in his sound, taking a cue from his new hometown of Nashville and the live-band atmosphere of a barroom. He knows what he’s talking about on that count; he opened a bar and music venue in Nashville with his brother.

Also on the bill is AJR, consisting of the Met brothers, Adam, Jack and Ryan Met, who are multi-instrumentalists.
