I know, you all are busy eating like there’s no tomorrow and staggering off to watch football in a turkey-induced coma. But pause for a sec, to be REALLY impressed.

News out of the aptly named Darwin, Australia, this week tells of a dog, Woodley, who has learned how to drive just by watching his owner. http://doggies.com/blog/2011/11/22/dog-drives-double-decker-bus-in-australia/

And before you dismiss this as a hoax, two things: he’s been observed driving by someone other than his proud owner, Richard McCormack; and he drives a double decker RV, as in huge stinking vehicle that’s two-stories high and you can live in!

I know people, or at least a person, who would be afraid to get behind the wheel of a behemoth like that. You have to admit that’s impressive.

So before you get all ga-ga about some pimply teenage boy with fast feet and nimble moves on the gridiron today, think about Woodley, the German Koolie (a weird name for a weird-looking dog) who drives an RV with his paws.

He’s right up there with Snoopy in my book.
