The Connecticut Economic Resource Center in Rocky Hill has elected new board member William Vallée, the state broadband policy and programs coordinator at the Connecticut Office of Consumer Counsel.
Vallée, an attorney since 1985, specializes in telecommunications with the Connecticut Office of Consumer Counsel, the state's statutory public utility advocate, where he manages and conducts policy positions and litigation in telecommunications and public rights-of-way cases.
Vallée holds a bachelor's degree cum laude in English from Union College and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was writing and research editor on the Urban Law Journal.
