Groton Town

Kenneth Kasper, 32, of 14 W. Town St., Norwich, was charged Friday with two counts of third-degree forgery and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

New London

Hector J. Torres, 43, of 8 Oak Hill Trail, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain lane.

Kirk T. Berube, 49, of 28 Vauxhall St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper signal and failure to obey traffic control.

Michael Acoff, 20, of 43 Buchanan Road was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

Dillon Herman, 24, of 15 Lake of Isles Road, Preston, was charged Saturday with attempted first-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, breach of peace, carrying a loaded firearm under the influence of alcohol and discharge of a firearm.

Mayobanex Sosa Acosta, 24, of 126 Paul Revere Road, Groton, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and following too close.

Norwich

Sierra L. Lindsey, 39, of 49 Union St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Crystal Rotkowitz, 22, of 130 Washington St., Apt. 4, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear, driving with a suspended license and speeding.

State Police - Montville

Amie Horgan, 40, of 387 Greenhaven Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stonington

Heather Allen, 30, of 538 Taugwonk Road was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Waterford

Patrick McLaughlin, 33, of no known address was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance.

Erik Donahue, 35, of 15 High Ridge Road was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and sixth-degree larceny.
