Police arrest man on outstanding drug charges

UPDATED: Norwich – Late Saturday police arrested a man included on a list released two months ago of 10 men wanted on outstanding warrants for various crimes.

Earvin R. Jarmon, 31, of 175 Broadway, was arrested at about 10 p.m. Saturday and charged with three counts of sale of crack cocaine and one count of failure to respond to an infraction. He was held on a $125,432 bond and will be arraigned in Norwich Superior Court May 10.

Police received a tip that Jarmon was staying at an address in Uncasville. Jarmon was located at that address and taken into custody without incident.
