UPDATED: Missing East Lyme teen found, Norwich man still missing

Local police in two different towns were searching for two individuals who went missing on Tuesday.

State police in East Lyme were looking for 13-year-old Manuel Pont. He has since been found, police said.

Norwich police are looking for 59-year-old Randall Tanguay.

Tanguay, who likes to be called Randy, walked away from a mental care facility near 90 Broad St. around 10 p.m.

Tanguay has a nervous medical condition. He can hear but is mute.

He is described as a white male who is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs around 165 pounds.
