New London hosts food stroll

Your mission: More than 25 restaurants are participating in New London Main Street's 2012 Spring Food Stroll taking place Wednesday in the historic downtown district, right? Eat something from all of them!

Also your mission: Over 20 specialty shops and merchants are taking part with amazing deals. Many are hosting food and beverage from caterers and even more restaurants. Buy something and eat something from all of these!

Bring your ears and eyes: There'll be plenty of ongoing live entertainment, including the Rivergods, the Syndicate, Bill "Swamp" Chaka and Tony C, the Ancient Mariners Connecticut Fife & Drums Corps, and the Connecticut College Senior Dancers.

The verdict: You will have a Large Time of Caloric Greatness.
