Alex Salinas, 40, of 181 Willetts Ave., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

State Police - Montville

Leenice Pierce, 22, of Stratford, was charged Sunday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Keith Huntley, 23, of 31 Beaulieu Ave., Griswold, was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling too fast for conditions.

Ledyard

James O'Connor, 26, of 3 Ash Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with violation of probation, third-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

East Lyme

Dwight Mitchell, 33, of 17 Vine St., was charged Sunday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Groton City

Joseph Torres, 24, of 239 Benham Road, Apt. 15, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Jessica D. Worthen, 27, of 239 Benham Road, Apt. 15, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Denise M. Curtiss, 43, of 59 Depot Road was charged Sunday with driving while her license is suspended and speeding.

Cathrine Bray, 40, of 55 Westminster St., Westerly, was charged Monday with breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor.

Groton Town

Lawrence S. White, 48, of 1500 Route 12, Ledyard, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights lit.

Waterford

Ursula Tarazona, 22, of 480 Mohegan Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Richard Wieland, 26, of Willimantic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a stop sign, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rae James, 56, of 27 Ocean Ave., Niantic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to have tail lamps lit and failure to drive in the proper lane.
