Students are asked to submit a commercial length video about safe driving and are judged on creativity and how effective and motivating the message of safe driving gets across.

Out of 2,322 entries from across the country Constancia and nine other lucky finalist have a chance at the grand prize of a $25,000 scholarship. Along with the second place scholarship of $15,000 and third place scholarship of $10,000.

People simply have to enter their email address. and each email represents one vote towards the video. Constancia hopes that her creative and amusing video short will gain popularity and push her to first place.

The message of Constancia's video is to not text and drive. The video immediately catches your eye when you see the cellphone venting to her therapist, because she completed ignored in the car while the cellphone user is busy driving.
