Sunflowers the treat for volunteer appreciation day

Griswold - Volunteers enjoyed a hayride through the sunflower fields at Buttonwood Farm for volunteer appreciation day Thursday for those who will be contributing to the Sunflowers for Wishes event.

The weeklong event benefits Make-A-Wish Connecticut and will be open to the public July 21 through 29th.
