Nickolas Marcelo, 20, of 19 Terrace Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny.

Groton Town

Keith Fenton, 30, of 30 Greenwood St. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

New London

Gilberto Vazquez, 25, of 26 Franklin St. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Melissa S. Robinson, 29, of 37 Driftwood Circle, Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and illegal use of a cellphone.

Laura M. Mattila, 46, of 754 Broad St. Ext., Waterford, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a traffic light and driving without insurance.

James Goins, 27, of 846 Bank St. Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with illegally obtaining or supplying prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Franklin D. Thompson, 38, of the Naval Submarine Base, Groton, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

Stonington

Devon J. Brindle, 20, of 143 Crystal Lake Road, Groton, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Aaron R. Silagy, 24, of 489 Pequot Trail, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.
