News shouldn't include info about mad killers

In most cases police officers thankfully intervene as the first responders to many crisis situations. To kill oneself and take other lives is deplorable. We should not draw attention to these madmen or women. Leave out the details of their miserable lives, and the lowest level reached, their last Facebook entry!

Are we giving these madmen the front-page media attention they sought. Are we planting seeds in others? In my opinion, deprive them of this attention, media or otherwise.
