Nominees sought for preservation awards

The Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation is seeking nominations for awards recognizing outstanding achievements in protecting and nourishing the state's significant buildings, landscapes and communities.

The 2013 Preservation Awards will be presented at the Connecticut Trust's annual meeting April 4 in Hartford.

Awards will be presented for physical preservation, preservation planning and preservation leadership. Nominations must be made by members of the Connecticut Trust. Trustees and staff of the Connecticut Trust are not eligible.

Projects must have been completed since Jan. 1, 2010. Nominations must be received by Feb. 22. Visit www.cttrust.org or call 203-562-6312.
