Norwich police make heroin arrest

Norwich – Police seized cash, a Cadillac and drugs Thursday after officers received a tip that a man would have heroin on him at a certain time at a city business.

Police charged Aaron Moore, 35, of no certain address with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell and risk of injury to a minor.

Police said a tip from a reliable source indicated Moore, also known as "Natural Perfection Be-Allah," would be at a Norwich business with the drugs. Officers seized about 24 grams of heroin, more than $100 cash and a 2001 Cadillac.

Moore was held in lieu of a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear Friday in Norwich Superior Court.
