New program aids energy alternatives

The Clean Energy Finance and Investment Authority has announced a new program to provide financial support for building owners seeking to make clean-energy upgrades

The Commercial and Industrial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program is seen as integral to the State's Energize Connecticut initiative, which is intended to help consumers save money and use clean energy. C-PACE will allow building owners across the state to access low-cost financing and the opportunity to realize cleaner, cheaper, and more reliable energy.
