State offering spring career fairs

The Connecticut Department of Labor will hold a spring career fair series, with events scheduled in Danbury, Manchester and East Hartford.

The Danbury fair will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 12 at the Ethan Allen Inn, 21 Lake Ave. Extension. The Manchester event will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 22 at Manchester Community College, while the Heroes 4 Hire Fair in East Hartford will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 16 at Rentschler Field, targeting armed services veterans.
