Norwich forum to present progress of state health care exchange

Norwich – "Healthy Chat," a public forum about the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange and the progress Access Health CT has been making, will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 19 at Norwich Technical High School, 7 Mahan Drive.

During the forum, members of the public may meet and ask questions of Kevin Counihan, chief executive officer of the exchange, and other health care exchange experts.
