Seeking actors for new play

Stonington Players announces open auditions for New York playwright Richard Manley's new play, "An Ignorant Man" on Feb. 17 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Stonington Community Center, 28 Cutler St. Auditions continue at the community center on Feb. 18 from 7 to 9 p.m. Performances are also at the COMO on April 26 and 27 and on May 3 and 4 at 8 p. m. with 2 p.m. matinees on April 28 and May 4.

"An Ignorant Man" presents a slice of life in an upscale New York City co-op.

There are roles for three women, ages 40, 30 and 60s to early 70s; and for three men, two in their 40s, one in his 60s. For additional information, call Jacqueline Princevalle, the show's director, at (203) 421-8675.
