Groton City

Rashad Kitson, 23, of 17 Meadow St., Mystic, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to carry registration.

New London

Marco Roberto, 18, of 41 Cove View Road was charged Friday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ruben Vasquez, 27, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Justin Kennenson, 25, of 52 Hope Road, Plainfield, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a stop sign.

Nidialyn Reyes, 39, of 42 Ridgeview Circle was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, driving with an expired registration and driving with a defective brake light.

Norwich

Cesar Cormas, 31, of 124 N. Main St. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

State Police - Montville

Jose Pagan, 31, of 33 Frank St., Norwich, was charged Friday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

William Warren, 45, of Baltic was charged Wednesday in Sprague with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Stonington

Cheryl A. Chase, 60, of 977 Pequot Trail was charged Wednesday with interfering with an emergency call.

John C. Banks, 23, of 98 W. Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and simple trespass.
