East Lyme

William Hindman, 26, of 6 Champlin Hill Court, Niantic, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Groton City

Donald Robert Fickett, 33, of 146 Allen St., No. 3, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court, violation of probation, possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics and narcotics not kept in their original container.

Scott M. Stanislawski, 25, of 64 Branford Ave. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Groton Town

Angelo Urso, 53, of 299 Shore Road, Westerly was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Matthew L. Gendron, 53, of 62 Fort Hill Road, No. 9, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, day care or housing project.

Andrew T. Sullivan, 31, of 270 Elm St., Noank, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

New London

Eric Williams, 30, of 19 Jay St. was charged Friday with possession of hallucinogens.

Pedro Feliciano, 48, of 19 Jay St. was charged Friday with possession of hallucinogens, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree breach of peace and criminal mischief.

Roperto Torres, 63, of 179 Laurel Drive was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

Daniel Defresse, 24, of 59 Coit St. was charged Thursday with failure to obey a traffic light, failure to obey a stop sign, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Norwich

Ronald Walters, 38, of 117 Mount Pleasant St. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and first-degree trespassing.

Ashley Smith, 19, of 61 Henry St. was charged Thursday with possession of hallucinogens, possession of drug paraphernalia and risk of injury to a minor.

Anthony Rodriguez, 20, of 70 Boswell Ave. was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Lori Dickerson, 39, of 111 Corning Road was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

Waterford

Thomas Ortiz, 29, of 158 Main St., Baltic, was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Jamal Thompson, 24, of 140 Moxley Road, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license or registration and having improperly colored stop lamps or turn signals.
