Betsy Wade, the first woman ever hired as a copy editor by The New York Times, discusses gender issues in the media and in particular the Times women's federal lawsuit against the paper for discrimination. She will be joined by UCONN professor, journalist, and current Director of The Day, Maureen Croteau.
