A Night to Remember

New London’s Thames Club will team with Flock Theatre, New London’s only resident theatre company, to present A Night to Remember; an evening commemorating the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. During the evening, audiences will experience many aspects of life on board the famed luxury liner as they mingle with the lowly third class passengers playing music before rubbing elbows at dinner with those in first class (including the likes of John Jacob Astor, and E.J. Smith, Titanic’s iconic Captain.) The evening will feature vignettes of life on board the famous luxury liner, leading up to the infamous collision with the iceberg; a walking tour of the Club and a buffet dinner (featuring menu items served aboard the ship in each class.) Performance of this one night only special event will take place on Saturday, April 14th—exactly one hundred years to the day that the Titanic struck the fatal ice berg.
