Family Hike at Hammonasset

Sponsored by Appalachian Mountain Club and Connecticut Forest & Association. Walk from East Beach to Meig's Point, with visit to the Meig's Point Nature Center and hike along the Trial to Hammonasset River. Hikers meet at the far end of the unpaved portion of the East Beach parking area. Children must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Steady rain cancels hike.
