Mr. Baez, a longtime Waterford resident and a retired Navy Captain, will discuss his novel which focuses on Comm. Blair who is facing his final days as skipper of the Bluefish, scheduled to be decommissioned. Mr. Baez will also discuss his self-publishing experience. Copies of his book will be available for purchase and signing.
