The Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra held two young people's concerts Thursday at the Garde Arts Center in New London. The concerts were sponsored by a grant from the Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut and also funding from Charter Oak Federal Credit Union. With the funding ticket prices were kept low at $3 per person.
