New London - For the sixth time in a row, a Lisbon man facing murder charges appeared in New London Superior Court on Wednesday without a lawyer.In August, Kevin Bialowas, 45, was charged with murder in connection to what police say was an alleged hit-and-run incident. Police allege that on July 14, Bialowas ran over 33-year-old Steven A. Germano of Windham with his pickup truck. He is being held in state custody on $1 million bond.
