The town’s much anticipated farmers market opens today at 4 p.m.
The market, which is scheduled to run through Sept. 28, features fresh produce, organic vegetables, jellies, jams and much more.
Residents can sign up for the market’s Loyalty Program to receive special discounts and weekly specials on the market’s website at www.ledyardfresh.com.
The market on the Ledyard Fairgrounds is open every Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
