Game time is nearly finally here at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville.

The Huskies will stick with the same starting lineup as last game: Shabazz Napier, Jeremy Lamb, Roscoe Smith, Alex Oriakhi and Andre Drummond.

Tonight's winner between UConn and Iowa State plays top-seeded Kentucky, which routed Western Kentucky, 81-66.

UConn would love a shot at Kentucky. The Huskies beat the Wildcats in the national semifinal last season on the way to the program's third championship.

But watch out for Iowa State, which is a legitimate threat.

The Huskies are riding a six-game NCAA tournament winning streak. They suffered their last NCAA loss in the 2009 national semifinal to Michigan State.

Coach Jim Calhoun is attempting to win his 50th NCAA tournament game in his career. He has 46 at UConn and three at Northeastern.

UConn kept busy today. The Huskies held a light workout at Spalding University in Louisville and visited the Muhammad Ali Center.

Both UConn and Iowa State are staying just a few blocks from the arena.

Kentucky fans have flooded downtown. Bet their fans will root against the Huskies tonight.

The Big East is off to a good start in the tournament, with Marquette, Louisville and Syracuse all winning.

Check back later for a post-game breakdown and video.
