Food Network, Flay seek food entrepreneurs

The Food Network and Bobby Flay are seeking food entrepreneurs set to open a business immediately or sometime this year for a new reality show in which Flay will mentor participants in the days leading up to their business opening.

To apply, send email to BobbyFlayProjectCasting@gmail.com with the participant's name and the name of everyone involved on the participant's team; a recent photo (include team photo if applicable); a short bio; a description of the eatery and the type of food to be served there; the approximate restaurant opening date; and contact information and current location.
