Kathryn Elizabeth Eley and Michael Patrick Fedor were united in marriage on Aug. 20, 2011, at St. Joseph's Church. Father Joseph Castaldi officiated.
Kathryn is the daughter of Christopher and Joan Eley of Quaker Hill and the granddaughter of Minnie Parente of Madison. Michael is the son of Ronald and Patricia Fedor of Waterford.
Allyson Eley served as her sister's maid of honor. Cosima Cabral, Jennifer Barhoff, Kelly White, Jennifer Coogan and Jessica Pavey, all friends of the bride served as bridesmaids. Matthew Fedor, brother of the groom, served as best man. Thomas Moran, uncle of the groom, Ryan Eley, brother of the bride and Thomas Bliven and Andrew Farrior, friends of the groom served as ushers.
The bride wore a beautiful strapless, white lace gown and a lace trimmed veil. She carried white hydrangeas and roses. The reception was held on the water, at The Madison Beach Hotel (The Wharf). The happy couple honeymooned in Ogunquit, Maine.
The bride is an early childhood educator in Old Saybrook. The groom works for the Town of Waterford. They reside in Waterford.
