Groton Town

Craig Kelly, 27, of Providence was charged Tuesday with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny and interfering with a police officer.

Scott M. Hughes, 41, of 10 Branford Circle was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Montville

Julie Perry, 33, of 1580 Route 85 was charged Monday with criminal possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of narcotics, illegal storage of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

New London

Vivian Ramos-Castillo, 32, of 113 Pequot Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Robert Cabanban, 22, of 23 Maple Ave. was charged Tuesday with unlawful restraint, interfering with an officer and breach of peace.

Eric Croft, 30, of 158 Ring Drive, Groton, was charged Tuesday with first-degree burglary and third-degree assault.

Zachary Forrestal, 23, of Sterling was charged Wednesday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

George Lavigne, 30, of 326 Massapeag Road, Uncasville, was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Jose C. Lima, 46, of 4 South St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
