Mess in New London just gets worse

The soap opera that is New London just keeps going on. The April 25 paper had Rep. Ernest Hewett, D-New London, and Alfred Mayo, a fired firefighter on the front page, "Hewett and NAACP: Rehire Mayo."
The last time Mayo was in the paper he stated he would not take the job. If it were offered now, would he take it?
Maybe it's time the taxpayers of New London get together and sued and fired everybody involved in this mess before a 30 percent tax increase is proposed.
