Colleagues, friends and family remember Eunice Waller

Marquacha Rush of Hartford and her fellow members of the National Council of Negro Women and others in the congregation laugh at comments made by speakers during the community reflections portion of the funeral for Eunice MacLean Waller at Shiloh Baptist Church in New London this morning.

Waller, who died April 20 at the age 90, was a founding member of the MLK Scholarship Trust Fund Foundation, a member of the Connecticut Association of Boards of Education, Waterford Education Association, Democratic Town Committee, L&M Women's Auxiliary, Lawrence & Memorial board of corporators and board of trustees of Mitchell College.
