David K. Herbert, 33, of 54 Benham Road was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving with defective windshield/wipers, failure to have a mirror and failure to return license after suspension.

Brian J. Chartier, 34, of 99 Grove Ave., Apt. D, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer and third-degree criminal mischief.

Samuel D. Largent, 46, of 15 Archer St., New London, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment.

New London

Ronald Stron, 55, of 83 Mansfield Road, Apt. 205, was charged Monday with threatening, breach of peace and carrying dangerous weapons.

Richard Canon, 48, of 30 Mayflower Court, Groton, was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of shoplifter tools.

Katlin Trifiletti, 19, of 245 Montauk Ave., first floor, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Rocha Brown, 46, of 55 Union St., Apt. 3, was charged Sunday with first-degree harassment.

Julio W. Aponte, 36, of 242 Nautilus Drive, Apt. 210, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Charles M. Drayton, 23, of 40 Pearl St., Apt. 8, was charged Sunday with second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment.

Norwich

Nabate Metts, 38, of 99 Cedar St., Apt. C46, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Stonington

Laura K. Shea, 25, of 3 Mystic Ave., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Tiffany A. Macek, 20, of 37 Mechanic St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility and unsafe backing.

Waterford

Wellington Thompson, 26, of 14 Center St., New London, was charged Sunday with possession of a shoplifting device, sixth-degree larceny and risk of injury to a minor.

Cassie Bonelli, 28, of 14 Center St., New London, was charged Sunday with sixth-degree larceny and risk of injury to a minor.
