A man wanted in Norwich was extradited to the city Tuesday after being arrested during a drug raid in West Viriginia.
Following his arrest in Martinsburg, W.V., Norwich police said Leaford White, 25, of no certain address, waived his right to extradition to Norwich to face four counts of first-degree failure to appear in court. Police said the charges against White are related to narcotic offenses.
White is held on $375,000 bond, police said, and is scheduled to appear in Norwich Superior Court Wednesday.
