Daura Santiago, 34, of 27 Jay St., Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace, carrying a dangerous weapon and third-degree assault.

Hector Roa, 23, of 27 Jay St., Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, carrying a dangerous weapon and second-degree breach of peace.

Eric T. Tart, 37, of 36 Hempstead St. was charged Monday with violation of a protective order, possession of hallucinogens and possession of hallucinogens with the intent to sell.

Divyesh A. Patel, 26, of 31 H Anthony Road was charged Monday with evading responsibility and unsafe movement of a stopped/standing vehicle.

State Police - Montville

Charles Barrett, 21, of 75 Fair Acres Circle, Mystic, was charged Sunday in Preston with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to have minimum insurance, evading, stop sign violation and using a motor vehicle without owner's permission.

Waterford

Esteban Rosa, 40, of 50 Palmer St., Norwich, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.

Darlene Kripps, 47, of 76 Fourth St., Norwich, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.
