Paper or reusable?

A City Market checker packs groceries in reusable bags Wednesday, after the city of Aspen, Colo., invoked a ban on plastic bags at grocery stores. The ban that went into effect Tuesday requires shoppers to bring their own reusable bags, buy paper sacks at the store for 20 cents apiece, or purchase reusable bags.
