New London

Leland Stewart, 46, of 82 Longview St., Waterford, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Steven Chin, 62, of 2A Ridge Drive, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court, driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving an uninsured vehicle and failure to use a turn signal.

Albert Goss, 21, of 61 Blackhall St. was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics.

Gipsy Calo, 27, of 15 Woodlawn Ave., Waterford, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right and failure to carry an insurance card.

Tornando Robinson, 26, of 19 Jay St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and insufficient insurance.

State Police - Montville

Michael Pallotto, 38, of Hamden was charged Wednesday in Waterford with reckless driving.

Shane Moore, 33, of Clinton was charged Wednesday in East Lyme with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

William Hart, 70, of South Windsor was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Ramon Garcia, 38, of 92 Truman St., New London, was charged Tuesday in Waterford with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stonington

Justin L. Dent, 26, of 350 Chesterfield Road, Apt. 23, Oakdale, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
