Eric Wasniewski, 42, of 46 Spring Glen Road was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Laura Brehant, 22, of 132 Boston Post Road was charged Wednesday with second-degree making a false statement and interfering with an officer.

Groton City

Matthew C. Rollins, 41, of 137 Thames St. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and using a cellphone while driving.

New London

Pete E. Whitney, 27, of 202 Colman St., Apt. 212, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Norwich

James Hersey, 51, of 10 Sherman St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, violation of a restraining order and breach of peace.

Robert Mathis, 58, of 3 Traders Court was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Phylippe Boursiquot, 19, of 56 Oakwood Knoll was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell and interfering with an officer.

Dwayne Demontigney, 49, of West Haven was charged Wednesday in East Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stonington

Justin M. Iannelli, 32, of 808 Stonington Road was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, traveling unreasonably fast and driving in violation of license classification.

Taz A. Benoit, 20, of 23 Garden St., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

Jessica Maneely, 26, of 8 Louis Ave., Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and using a cellphone while driving.
