    Jan 2, 2009: City condemns building under Wells Fargo Bank ownership.

    April 29, 2009: Kate Kennedy pays $1,500 and $280 and turns over $370 relocation fund check for apartment.

    June 17, 2009: Kennedy pays $2,300 toward rent.

    July 1, 2009: Note in Norwich Building Department file that social worker called to say Zane Megos had purchased the property and was attempting to rent out Apt. A. Note signed by Code Enforcement Officer George Gardner says he left a message that the building "has not been approved for re-occupancy."

    Sept. 9, 2009: Zane Megos' company DECO Drive, LLC, purchases 25 Rogers Ave. from Wells Fargo Bank National Trust for $68,000.

    Aug. 21, 2010: Kennedy pays $700.

    Aug. 27, 2010: Kennedy pays $300 "hold money" for 25 Rogers Ave.

    Sept. 5, 2010: Kennedy pays $600 for 25 Rogers Ave.

    March 21, 2011: Letter from Norwich Code Enforcement Officer George Gardner to DECO Drive LLC stating the department had learned there was an attempt to rent the lower-level apartment at 25 Rogers Ave. with reminder that a "notice of Unsafe Condition" was issued on Jan. 2, 2009.

    April 22, 2011: Kennedy files complaint in Small Claims Court against Zane Megos for $7,393.66.

    October 2011: Phillip Dudley and Soncherie Silvan pay $2,000 cash to Zane Megos for an apartment at 25 Rogers Ave.

    Nov. 2, 2011: Megos reimburses Silvan and Dudley $1,000.

    Feb. 7, 2012: Court judgment in favor of Kennedy for $7,393.66. Payment deadline pending.

    Feb. 19, 2012: Phillip Dudley and Soncherie Silvan file complaint in Small Claims Court against Zane Megos and Bishop Taylor for $2,000. Hearing date is May 22.

    March 16, 2012: Craigslist ad for "Gorgeous 2 Bedroom Unit with Panoramic River Views" at 25 Rogers Ave.

    May 1, 2012: Megos says he will no longer advertise apartments that are not immediately available.

    June 27, 2011: Meyers & Bailey Investment Co. purchases from HSBC Bank USA Trustee for $73,599.

    Sept. 16, 2011: Notice of Unsafe Condition, Occupancy Prohibited ordered by Norwich Building Department.

    Dec. 27, 2011: Racheal Perry pays $1,190 to Zane Megos for apartment.

    Jan. 7, 2012: Perry pays $595 to complete payment for first and last months' rent and security deposit.

    April 5, 2012: Mortgage for $70,000 issued to Meyers & Bailey Investment Co. for 75 Fourth St. and 467 N. Main St., owned by Megos business partner Bishop Taylor.

    May 1, 2012: Megos says he plans to renovate 75 Fourth St., and will not advertise it for rent until the renovations are complete.
