New London

Angela A. Anton, 21, of 299 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and second-degree false statement.

David Mellisy, 28, of 206 Nautilus Drive, Apt. 209, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and unsafe start of a vehicle.

Raymond Phillips, 45, of New Haven was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Tamara Elliott, 43, of 66 Jay St., Apt. 8, was charged Friday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Norwich

Terrance McClellan, 44, of 2 Manwaring Road was charged Thursday with second-degree robbery, breach of peace and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Aaron Hacker, 20, of 75 Broadway was charged Thursday with criminal violation of a protective order.

State Police - Montville

Anthony Cioci, 22, of 21 Beckwith Hill, Salem, was charged Thursday in East Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and traveling too fast for conditions.

Kyle Trombley, 22, of 219 Thames St., New London, was charged Thursday in Groton with weapons in a motor vehicle.

Stonington

Cherielin Toporowski, 29, of 55 Broad St., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Tonnie Pettaway, 43, of Naugatuck was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and traveling too fast for conditions.

Waterford

Pete Gorman, 54, of 56 Benham Ave. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving unreasonably fast for conditions and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Brittany Marshall, 23, of 600 Meridian St. Ext., Groton, was charged Thursday with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license and driving without registration.
