Marcos Byrd, 22, of East Hartford was charged Saturday with failure to drive right and operating with a license under suspension.

Jeffrey McGregor, 43, of 54 Cutler St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic control signal and operating with a license under suspension.

Kristen Coble, 30, of Vivian Street, Waterford, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, violating a protective order and first-degree criminal trespass.

Brian Gay, 21, of Ferry View Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and operating with a license under suspension.

Jose Rivera, 30, of 42-B Fountain St. was charged Saturday with failure to drive right and operating with a license under suspension.

Almafis Payano, 36, of 64 Oakwood Knoll was charged Friday with operating with a license under suspension.

Daniel Gibson, 31, of 51 Church St., Mystic, was charged Saturday with reckless driving and operating with a license under suspension.

Rebecca Seder, 34, of 193 Old Colchester Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.

David Edgar, 24, of 29 Pine St. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal mischief and interfering with police.
