The New London Division of the Ancient Order of Hibernians will join the Irish government in commemorating the victims of the Irish Hunger of 1845-1850.

The event takes place Sunday, May 20, at St. Joseph's School in New London. There will be a short video shown in the auditorium after the noon Mass. The video will be preceded by a late lunch-light supper for which the cost will be $10 for adults and $6 for children 12 and younger; proceeds from this event will be donated to local soup kitchens.

To make reservations, call Sean Moore at 443-2058.
