Yes, at precisely the moment your stomach demands noon-time appeasement, Day arts writer Rick Koster and videographer/producer Peter Huoppi will host, from inside the offices of The Day, a mini-performance by the finest local musicians and bands. Roots-blues trio John Fries, above, and the Heat are the guest artists this week. Each episode of "Live Lunch Break" will be archived for repeated viewings. Think of "Live Lunch Break" as dessert for your brain.
