Gordon Yates, 51, of 34 Raleigh Court, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, improper use of marker plates and driving an unregistered vehicle.

New London

Dianna Petry, 29 of 59 Mountain Ave., Apt. B, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Jalisa M. Thivierge, 29, of 36 Mountain Ave., second floor, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Sharene Dobbins, 32, of 76 Sandy Lane, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

John E. Cyr, 46, of 300 Flanders Road, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

David W.A. Acheychek, 36, of Essex, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order.
