The Suicide Dolls continue to scurry up the vine of Rock Success like relentless (but fun) spiders. It's been months since the hometown band appeared locally; they've been busy up and down the East Coast, spreading the infectious musical word.
See them Saturday in New London's Oasis Pub, headlining a great bill that includes local post-punkers Estrogen and Tonic, along with Boston's pychedelic experimentalists Ghost Box Orchestra and Brooklyn's electro-dance act Thick Voltage.
Of note about the Dolls: they've been selected to appear on a tribute compilation honoring the soundtrack to the film "Repo Man." They're in good company. Other acts chosen include Black Francis, Matthew Sweet and Mike Watt.
