TBBCF hosts family fundraiser weekend

The Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation will host a family fundraiser weekend on Saturday, May 19, and Sunday May 20, at Odetah Camping Resort in Bozrah.

Saturday's activities will include the 2-mile Pink Poker Walk at 1 p.m., Breast Buddies Bingo at 4 p.m., rides on Lucy, a robotic, life-size polar bear from 12:30 to 3 p.m. and opportunities to tye-die pink T-shirts. Pink lemonade, cotton candy and ice cream sundaes will be available.

Sunday marks the Putt Out Breast Cancer Mini Golf tournament at the Odetah Championship Knolls and Holes mini golf course with registration at 1:30 p.m. followed a shotgun start at 2 p.m., followed by a cookout. The fee for the tournament and cookout is $15 for adults and $5 for children age 12 and younger. Proceeds will go to breast cancer research efforts.
