Ledyard police union to solicit donations from residents by phone

Ledyard — Over the next four to six weeks, the Ledyard Police union will begin calling residents at home to solicit money for the union’s annual fundraiser.

Union President Daniel Gagnon said Wednesday that the department would like to advise residents of the impending phone calls.
