Groton Town

Nicole Wimett, 24, of 10 Greenwood St. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jon A. Bayer, 43, of 52 Clarks Falls Road, North Stonington, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, evading responsibility, interfering with an officer and breach of peace.

New London

Jose A. Lopez, 45, of 23 Rock Ridge Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with two counts of third-degree sexual assault and unlawful restraint.

Daura Santiago, 35, of 27 Jay St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with violation of probation.

Michael C. Cherry, 36, of 5 Whippoorwill Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jared K. Hastings, 21, of 57 Myreck Ave., Waterford, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.

Norwich

Tyquan King, 24, of 61D Summit St. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, driving with a suspended license, traveling fast, reckless endangerment and failure to drive right.

Jesse Brochu, 30, of 518 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged Thursday with criminal possession of a pistol and weapons in a motor vehicle.

State Police - Montville

Franklin Lockwood, 53, of Hopkinton, R.I., was charged Thursday in New London with evading responsibility and unsafe passing in a construction zone.

Steven DeLuca, 52, of 35 Highland Drive, Ledyard, was charged Thursday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and creating a public disturbance.

Robert Duffy, 54, of 351 Shewville Road, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday in Ledyard with six counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Steve Smith, 26, of Wakefield, R.I., was charged Friday with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree harassment and breach of peace.

Rene Joseph Girardin, 38, of 207 Whitehall Ave., Apt. 5, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Dylan Aguiar, 22, of 44 Kenyon Road was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ann Kuzmich, 23, of 34 Jay St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions.

Franklin Burton, 44, of 302 Boston Post Road was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions.
