Groton Town

Lisa Ente, 49, of Levittown, N.Y., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

New London

Armando Huerta, 45, of 158 Third Ave., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to grant the right of way and driving without a license.

Donald P. Zaccaria, 48, of 39 Gold St., Stonington, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Stonington

Douglas S. Arnold, 63, of Simsbury, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Caitlan E. Arnold, 27, of Moab, Utah, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Waterford

Abdo Facas, 71, of 27 Daniels Ave., was charged Sunday with unlawful discharge of a firearm and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Young Chung, 45, of 127 Oswegatchie Road, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and making an improper hand signal.
